Now, we are pleased to achieve 55 Thousands finished shaft every month and moving towards 75 Thousand as a goal with minimum PPM. By, Monitoring & Analysing the detail study of SPC, FMEA, Route Cause Analysis , PPAP, Gauge R&R, Run Charts, Control Plans and Feasibility of Component. For part Approval, we are following RM Inward Inspection as per Chemical and Physical Parameters as well as, online, Hourly, Patrolling, Stage, Pre-Dispatch Inspection & Final Inspection carried out to meet Customer Requirements.
